Effective September 23, 2026
The Association collects owner names, property and mailing addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, account verification information, and information submitted through Association forms.
Information is used for membership verification, Association administration, official notices, community communications, recordkeeping, and compliance with applicable law and governing documents.
Access is limited to authorized Association representatives and service providers who need the information to perform Association functions. Protected personal information is not displayed to other residents unless disclosure is authorized or required by law.
The Association uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and retains records according to its records-retention policy and applicable Florida law.
For signed-in users, we record page visits, document-open clicks, form starts, request outcomes and technical error categories to improve the website. Activity is linked to your account and available only to the site administrator. We do not record passwords, form contents, private messages, IP addresses or session recordings in analytics. Activity records are retained for up to 90 days. Issue reports include your description, page address, account identity when signed in and optional contact email. A browser identifier helps limit repeat reports; your browser also remembers whether you collapsed the report button. Issue reports are kept for up to one year. Document clicks do not confirm that a document was read.
The site administrator may temporarily view any user account to troubleshoot issues and perform support actions. These actions affect the real account, and the administrator identity, target account and action routes are recorded separately for accountability. Support sessions expire after 30 minutes and require returning to the administrator account to change credentials, permissions or site settings, or make payments.
Owners may contact the Association to correct their information or update their consent to electronic notices.
Questions may be submitted through the Contact page or to the Association’s property manager.
